Important user updates for navigating the EMS Room Reservation and Scheduling platform will be shared here. 

 

What's Changing?

Submit requests for CU Denver Spaces at least 24 hours in advance.

• Beginning August 3rd, 2026, requests for many rooms on the Denver Campus must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
• This update impacts rooms requested through the CU Denver Classrooms, Common Conference Rooms, and Department Conference Rooms templates:

 

What's Not Changing?

• No changes to other templates.
• All existing reservations will remain in place - no action needed.
