The EMS application allows you to reserve rooms on campus for meetings, presentations, classes, events, and more. Here you will find assistance with accessing the Event Management System (EMS) website and general inquiries about using the EMS website, available spaces, and available event services.

How to proceed:
- Click on the Access EMS button on the right to be taken to the EMS Web App website. Log in to the EMS Web App to schedule a room, schedule a service, and view room availability.
- If you need instructions as a first time user, or you are running into issues, please visit our Knowledge Base - Scheduling Technology - EMS to review how to guides and find answers to common questions about EMS.
- Still can't find what you're looking for? Click on the Request EMS Support button on the right to ask questions about using the EMS Web App, available spaces or rooms, and available services.
