- For non-urgent IT issues, general questions, or if you’re unable to find what you’re looking for in the service portal, please use the Submit a Ticket button on the right.
- If you are unable to sign in to the portal, please visit our Password and Login Help page for additional assistance.
How to proceed:
- Submit a Ticket to request a new tool or service.
- Report an Issue if you are having issues, a problem, or if you think something is broken with an existing service, tool, application or university system.
- Report a Security Incident if you suspect or have confirmed a security threat to university accounts, devices, systems or data.
Hours of Operation
The Service Desk is open Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
If you call outside of normal business hours, please leave a voicemail. We monitor messages for system-wide outages and IT issues impacting patient care.
