Use this service to report suspected or confirmed IT security incidents, including phishing attempts, compromised accounts, malware infections, unauthorized access, data exposure, or suspicious system behavior. Prompt reporting helps Information Strategy and Services respond quickly, contain potential threats, and protect university systems and data.

How to proceed:
- Click on the Report an IT Security Incident button on the right to submit details about a suspected or confirmed incident involving university accounts, devices, systems, or data. An IT Security Professional will review your submission during regular business hours and respond within established Service Level Objectives.
