Use this service to request reports, investigate academic integrity concerns or obtain other student data needed to support instruction, student success and academic administration.

Dropped Student Report
Click the Dropped Student Report button on the right to request information related to a student who has been dropped from a course. This may include enrollment history, course participation or other available Canvas activity records needed to support academic or administrative processes. An IT Professional will review your submission during regular business hours and respond within established Service Level Objectives.
Academic Integrity Support
Click the Academic Integrity Support button on the right to request assistance gathering Canvas data related to a potential academic integrity concern. This may include activity logs, access records, assignment information or other available data that can assist with an academic integrity review.
