CU Online Open Course Request

Description:

CU Online Open is a unique and separate instance of Canvas, unrelated to the Canvas used for degree-seeking education. CU Online Open is primarily used for non-matriculated users and continuing education students to participate in university-sponsored online courses or trainings. Students will receive login information from their CU Online Open instructor.

• Faculty
• Staff
• Students
   

Cost:

• 100 seats or less: Free
• 101 seats + : $5/additional seat over 100 (July-June)
   

How to proceed: 

• Click on the Request Service button on the right to open a ticket with the technical team for the creation of a CU Online Open Course.

CU Online Open requirements: 

• Participants in the course can be non-matriculated users, meaning they do not have CU email addresses and are not current faculty, students, or staff.
• Additional seats over 100 participants will be charged at the rate above to a university speedtype. Seats are audited quarterly.  
• The CU Online Open year begins July 1st and ends June 30th
