CRM: Configuration

Description:

Request a new academic or administrative program in the Slate CRM system, or make changes to an existing program, by clicking on the program/plan configuration request. Add new data points and update or request new forms or communications, by clicking on the request to add, update, or remove CRM form or Data point.

Free for existing CRM users
 

How to proceed: 

  • All programs must go through the appropriate campus approvals before they can be added to the CRM.
     
  • Click on the Program or Plan Configuration Request button on the right to begin the process for adding or modifying a program or plan. The CRM team will review your request and reach out to you with any clarification needed. Note: This service is for schools or colleges that are already using Slate or Salesforce for applications and/or recruitment.
     
  • Click on the Add, Update, or Remove a CRM Form or Data Point button on the right to request a new form or field (data point) or to make updates to an existing form or data point. The CRM team will review your request and reach out to you with any clarification needed.
