CRM: Consultation

Description:

There are two CRM offerings managed by ISS for the CU Denver and CU Anschutz campuses: Slate and Salesforce.   

  • Slate is the system of record for central CU Denver graduate and undergraduate recruiting and admissions and is also used for admissions for several CU Anschutz schools. It offers configured modules for marketing, recruitment, and admissions within the student lifecycle including centralized application capabilities and programmatic marketing campaign management. Additional modules exist for student success.
     
  • Salesforce offers solutions for marketing, recruitment, and constituent management geared toward the earliest phases of the prospective student journey as well as external constituent management and communications modules.

  • Staff
     

Cost:

The cost structure varies for each CRM option. The CRM team can discuss license, configuration, and administration costs with you based on your specific needs.
