Account Updates and Corrections helps resolve common issues with university accounts including email domain changes, preferred name updates, duplicate account consolidation, and general account assistance. Use this service to ensure your account information is accurate and aligned with how you should be represented across university systems.

How to proceed:
- Click the Email Domain Change button on the right to request a change to your university email domain between
ucdenver.edu and cuanschutz.edu address. An IT Professional will review your submission during regular business hours.
- Click the Preferred Name Change button on the right to update the name you go by in university systems. This helps ensure your account reflects your preferred name while maintaining accuracy across integrated systems. An IT Professional will review your submission during regular business hours.
- Click the Merge Duplicate Accounts button on the right to request consolidation of multiple accounts created for the same person. An IT Professional will review your submission during regular business hours.
- Click the Account Support button on the right if you are having trouble with your account and need assistance determining the correct update or resolving an issue not covered above.
