Single Sign-On (SSO) Setup

Description:

This service begins the process of setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) access for applications that utilize university‑managed user data from systems such as HCM, FIN, Campus Solutions, and other university data sources.

Before submitting this form, you must complete the Technology Risk Assessment for your application!

Note: All data requests must have approval by the data owner and may be subject to additional approvals. The timeline for this process varies based on the individual request. This is a streamlined process to improve the speed of delivery, enhance the security of data, and deliver quality services and support. Access, use, and distribution of the requested data must strictly follow the data integration request process and guidelines.

How to proceed: 

  • Click on the Request SSO Setup button on the right to open the request form (login required). Upon submission, your request will be reviewed by the CU Denver | Anschutz Data Integration and Architecture (DIA) team, and someone will reach out to you within 24 hours (Monday – Friday).
