Google Workspace is a cloud computing, productivity and collaboration tool designed for stringent security standards. It has been implemented to further support the entire spectrum of CU Anschutz research. Microsoft 365 will remain the university’s primary tool of choice and Google Workspace will be used as a collaboration tool for research purposes only.
Google Workspace Basic:
The Google Workspace Basic is free and available to all CU Anschutz faculty, staff and students. The Basic features include:

Google Workspace License:
The Google Workspace license includes all of the applications of the Basic plan, as well as the following advanced features:

Training is available through Percipio to help users utilize Google Workspace features. This training is no longer required but strongly recommended for licensed users.
