ClickUp is a cloud-based portfolio, project, and workforce management solution, meaning it can be used to manage both project and operational work for a variety of team sizes. If you are interested in getting your own environment/instance for your team, you can take advantage of pre-negotiated license rates and packages.

A few key features include:  

  • Conditional formatting for form creation  
  • SSO (Single Sign-On), which simplifies the log in process and meets security requirements  
  • Time tracking for tasks  
  • Advanced security and permissions settings  
  • A whiteboard feature (similar to Miro) to support virtual collaboration

  • Faculty
  • Staff

 

Cost:

  • Enterprise Plan: $27 per user, per month ($324 annually).
  • Enterprise Plus Plan: $33 per a user, per a month ($396 annually).
  • Each enterprise option above requires an annual commitment and a separate purchase order request. This service is inclusive of the enterprise license options only. Risk and Compliance reviews have been recently completed and please reference the existing policy regarding data usage limitations and application integrations.
