How to proceed: 

  • Click Onboard an Asset if you have a new server or endpoint that needs the vulnerability scanning tool deployed. An IT Professional will review your submission during regular business hours and respond within established Service Level Objectives. Coming soon: Learn more about Service Level Objectives. 
     
  • Click on the Vulnerability Management Support button on the right if you need guidance on vulnerability management processes, asset-related questions, or help determining the appropriate scanning or remediation approach.
