The ISS Computing Infrastructure team manages the deployment and updating of software updates applications to ensure all systems have the latest features and security patches. If you are seeing systemic issues as a result of software updates, patching or you need to request an exclusion, this team is here for support.

How to proceed:
- Click on the Request Patching Support button on the right if you are experiencing systematic issues as a result of patching.
- Click on the Request Exception button on the right to request a device to be excluded from automated updates and patching.
