Description:
The IO BioBank is operated by Informatics Operations (IO) within the Colorado Center for Personalized Medicine (CCPM) and supports the management and processing of genetic and biospecimen data generated by the CCPM Biobank and its partners. IO BioBank and HPC Platform Administration & Systems Support provides enterprise‑level system and application administration for BioBank SLIMS, BioBank Illumina systems, and IO HPC environments. This service ensures system availability, operational stability, security, and vendor‑coordinated maintenance for production BioBank platforms used in clinical and research workflows. CCPM/IO provides domain‑specific informatics and data pipeline expertise, while ISS/ERC delivers the contracted infrastructure, system, and application administration services.
