This service helps you purchase and setup new computers for work at the university, provides software installation on university‑owned devices, and general computer troubleshooting for university employees. Because CU Denver | Anschutz operates under a distributed IT model, this service is only available to departments supported by ISS and Denver OIT.

How to proceed:
- Click the New Computer Request button on the right to get help purchasing and setting up a computer for work at the university. Our team will assist you with choosing the appropriate device, ordering required accessories and peripherals, and completing the full setup so your computer is ready for use. - Click the Request Software Installation button on the right to request installation of approved software on your university‑owned device. If the software is not yet approved for campus use, it must undergo a Technology Risk Assessment before installation. - Click the Computer Support button on the right to request assistance with general computer issues, troubleshooting, performance problems, connectivity concerns, or other technical needs. - Click the E-Waste Recycling button on the right to request secure disposal of a university‑owned computer. Our team will ensure all user data is securely wiped and coordinate with our recycling vendor, Pedal Point, to responsibly recycle the device. If your request involves bulk disposal of multiple devices, Facilities Management will need to be involved and the process may take longer than a one‑off disposal.
