Description:
Digital Signage provides services for submitting digital flyers, requesting new digital signs or scheduling devices, and receiving support for existing signage across the CU Anschutz and CU Denver campuses. The Digital Signage Program manages and deploys multimedia content to digital displays and interactive touchpoints, helping departments share announcements, event information, directories, schedules, and other visual communications across campus.

How to proceed:
- Click the Submit a Flyer button on the right to upload an 8x10 or other approved format digital flyer for campus signage. Your flyer will be reviewed and scheduled according to digital signage guidelines. - Click the New Sign Request button on the right if your department needs a new digital sign, interactive display, or room scheduling device. The digital signage team will review your space needs, discuss options, and provide recommendations for placement, installation, and device requirements. - Click the Digital Signage Support button on the right for troubleshooting, display issues, updates, or changes to existing digital signs. This includes assistance with content deployment, technical problems, scheduling issues, or accessibility concerns (all digital signs must follow WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards).
