Description:

Conference Room Support provides help with conference room audiovisual systems and collaboration technology. This service includes hands on AV training to ensure a smooth on-campus and hybrid meetings, as well as support or feedback related to conference room technology.

How to proceed: 

  • Click the Conference Room AV Training button on the right to schedule a hands on tutorial with an IT Professional. This session will walk you through operating AV technology in your meeting room. This training is highly recommended to ensure a smooth and confident meeting experience.
