Knowledge Management and Developer Tools provides access to ISS‑managed platforms that support documentation, collaboration, and technical development. These platforms include tools used for knowledge sharing and code management, and may expand over time as additional platforms are added.

How to proceed:
- Click the Request Confluence Access button on the right to request access to ISS‑managed Confluence spaces, including the IT Partner Knowledge Base. An IT Professional will review your submission during regular business hours.
- Click the Request GitHub Access button on the right to request access to ISS‑managed GitHub repositories used for source code, automation and technical documentation. This includes access for developers and system administrators supporting university systems. An IT Professional will review your submission during regular business hours.
- Click the Knowledge Management and Developer Tools Support button on the right if you need help determining which ISS‑managed platform you need access to, are requesting access to a different platform not listed above, or are experiencing issues with existing access.
