Description:
ISS will set up and support network printers for shared office use by providing the network infrastructure and the server that hosts your print queue. This service includes adding new network printers, updating drivers, troubleshooting and resolving network printer issues, and decommissioning print queues that are no longer in use.
How to proceed:
- Click on the Request Network Printer Support button on the right to submit a request for help with an existing print queue. An IT Professional will review your request during normal business hours and respond within established Service Level Objectives.
