Zoom Webinar services on the Denver campus offer several levels of attendance packages, accommodating 100, 500, 1,000, and 3,000 participants, with our Denver AV team providing in-room AV support to ensure smooth operation of the room’s technology.

Zoom Webinar License for 1,000 participants

Order a Zoom Webinar for 1,000 participants from the OnTheHub software store. The cost is $3,400 per client / Core Education Course / per year.

Zoom Webinar License for 3,000 participants Contact the OIT Service Desk for more information. 

Hourly Usage Rates: 

The cost for support is calculated on an hourly basis. Services include comprehensive technical support to ensure your webinar runs smoothly. This covers setup, troubleshooting and real-time assistance during the event.

Zoom webinar for up to 1,000 participants during business hours (M-F, 7:30 AM - 5 PM); includes technical assistance $123.00 per hour  $75.00 per hour for Core Education Courses
Zoom webinar for up to 1,000 participants during non-business hours (after 5 PM); includes technical assistance $144.00 per hour

Other Available University Options

In addition, Microsoft Teams live events provide tools to schedule webinar events and manage attendee registration as well. Microsoft Teams live events are enabled for all university staff, faculty and students. Live events provide similar functionality to a Zoom Webinar and does not require any additional cost to use. Click on the Calendar in Teams and click on the down arrow next to New meeting to view the Live event option.
