Click the Request AV and Conferencing Services button on the right to request AV staffing, videoconferencing support, webinar support, event recording, AV setup, or equipment rentals for your scheduled event. You will be redirected to the EMS website. Your AV services must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your event and linked to your EMS room reservation.
