Get help with set up, management, and support for network printers for shared office use including new print queue creation, driver updates, troubleshooting and decommissioning.

Remote Desktop

A remote desktop allows access to university resources, including your regular work desktop, shared internal files, and folders by using the full downloadable Omnissa Horizon Client or the Omnissa Horizon web client through your preferred browser. Thin Clients receive hosted desktop and application computing systems for paid subscribers at the university.

Software Updates and Patching

The ISS Computing Infrastructure team manages the deployment and updating of software updates applications to ensure all systems have the latest features and security patches. If you are seeing systemic issues as a result of software updates, patching or you need to request an exclusion, this team is here for support.
