These services must be scheduled in advance as part of your room reservation in EMS, and include AV staffing, videoconferencing support, AV setup, recording services, and equipment rentals.

Server hosting, backup and storage services include a variety of file and data backup solutions available to university faculty, staff and students. Other services include setup and centralized hosting of both physical and virtual servers. Fees may apply for some services.


EMS Power Users include department schedulers, administrators, and service providers who use EMS to perform their job duties. Here you will find help adding, removing, or changing rooms in EMS, reservation workflows, access lists, and services.


Virtual Desktop Infrastructure allows access to university resources, including your regular work desktop, shared internal files, and folders by using the full downloadable Omnissa Horizon Client or the Omnissa Horizon web client through your preferred browser. Thin Clients receive hosted desktop and application computing systems for paid subscribers at the university.
