Tableau: Business Intelligence and Analytics

Adobe

The university offers Adobe licenses at reduced rates, with pricing and product availability determined by each customer’s campus affiliation and university role. Costs may vary between faculty, staff and students as well as across CU Denver, CU Anschutz, and other CU campuses. License options include several Adobe products, and eligibility is based on the specific academic or administrative needs of the requester.

Zoom

Zoom is a best-in-class online communication and collaboration tool that provides video conferencing, web conferencing, and audio conferencing (both device-based and phone), as well as audio/video/sharing, all with an intuitive and easy-to-use user interface.

Docusign

This HIPAA-compliant web-based application is a fast, secure way to create, sign and send documents from any device. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) with Duo is required to log into Docusign.

Forms and Surveys

The Forms and Surveys service includes Formstack, Microsoft Forms, Poll Everywhere, and Qualtrics—a collection of tools used to create forms, surveys, and live polls; collect and manage data; and support workflows or reporting needs across the organization. This category helps you choose the right tool for everything from simple data gathering to secure, compliant, or interactive audience engagement.

Grammarly

Grammarly for Education is an enterprise agreement that allows university faculty, staff and students to utilize the Grammarly tool at a discounted rate. Grammarly is a real-time communication assistant that works across many applications to assist users with grammar and usage, phrasing and readability, spelling and more.

ChemDraw

ChemDraw is a chemical drawing and visualization software designed for scientists and researchers. It allows users to create accurate and professional chemical structures, reactions and mechanisms with ease. The software includes advanced features such as 3D molecular rendering, spectroscopy tools and integrated chemical databases, making it a comprehensive solution for design and analysis.

BioRender

BioRender is a web-based program that helps you create scientific figures up to 50x faster than traditional tools. The tool combines a library of more than 50,000 scientifically accurate, expert-validated life science icons and templates with intuitive drag-and-drop functionality.

ClickUp

ClickUp is a cloud-based portfolio, project, and workforce management solution, meaning it can be used to manage both project and operational work for a variety of team sizes. If you are interested in getting your own environment/instance for your team, you can take advantage of pre-negotiated license rates and packages.

Namecoach

Namecoach allows for accurate or preferred pronunciation of your name. Namecoach is available within Canvas for faculty and students and can be added to other programs such as outlook. Follow the directions below to add a Namebadge to your email signature.

WebSpace: Finance User Support

WebSpace is a web based program for inventorying and surveying the space of CU Denver and CU Anschtuz. The space survey requires close coordination among numerous university departments including, but not necessarily limited to, the Office of Sponsored Programs, Accounting, Facilities Planning and Academic Departments.
