CU Denver | Anschutz Mac Management service uses JAMF to provide the numerous benefits to Apple computer users, including:
- New Computer Setup: All Macs bought following university standards can be setup without help from IT. When you turn on your Mac for the first time, you'll follow a simple step-by-step guide to set it up for university use, ensuring compliance with our standards.
- Self-Service Portal: Managed Macs have access to a self-service portal with a wide range of applications and tools, including Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, Adobe, and more.
- IT Support: Your department's IT team and the ISS Service Desk have the tools needed to assist you quickly and effectively.
- Device Security: The service includes all baseline security settings, some security enhancements, and central management of things like Filevault recovery keys.
Who can use it:
- IT Partners with university-owned Mac devices running MacOS (laptops or desktops).
Note: This service is not available for devices running iOS (iPads, iPhones, etc.).
Cost:
The Mac Management service costs $25.50 per year, per device.* This fee covers the JAMF device license. Annual costs are prorated to a November billing cycle.

How to proceed:
- Click the Request JAMF Onboarding button on the right to onboard your department to JAMF, please work with your department IT team.
- Click Request JAMF Configuration if you are a Site Admin in JAMF and need help uploading a package, creating a printer, or working with a configuration that might interact with a global setting, etc.
- Can't find what you're looking for or need additional help? Click on the Request JAMF Support button on the right to submit a ticket.
