ISS assists with refining website layout, navigation, accessibility, and user experience best practices. You can also report issues affecting your website’s performance or functionality. If you have ideas for new tools or enhancements in Sitefinity, the web team will review and collaborate with you to deliver solutions that benefit all users.

How to proceed:
- Click on the Attend an Open Lab button on the right to register for a one on one virtual meeting with a member of the web team. Upon signing up, you will receive an invite for a 30 minute meeting to discuss any questions you may have.
- Click on the Request Website Support button on the right to open a ticket with our web team. The team will review your request and respond within the established Service Level Objectives. Coming soon: Learn more about Service Level Objectives.
- Click on the Report a Bug button on the right to report a bug. The team will review the issue you are experiencing and prioritize a fix within our Sitefinity backlog.
- Click on the Request a New Feature button on the right to request a new feature to enhance Sitefinity's functionality. The team will work with you to determine the best solution to meet your needs.
