Remote Access: VPN

Description:

Virtual Private Network (VPN), provides encrypted connectivity to university systems and resources using the GlobalProtect VPN client. Use this service to request new VPN access or receive support diagnosing and resolving issues with your VPN connection.

How to proceed: 

  • Click on the Request VPN Access button on the right to request new VPN access. An IT Professional will review your submission during regular business hours in accordance to Service Level Objectives. Coming soon: Learn more about Service Level Objectives. 
     
  • Click on the Request VPN Support button on the right if you need help diagnosing VPN connectivity issues, including problems with the GlobalProtect client, authentication failures, or connection issues. An IT Professional will review your submission during regular business hours in accordance with Service Level Objectives. Coming soon: Learn more about Service Level Objectives.
