Description:
WebSpace is a centrally managed web‑hosting service governed by the CU Anschutz Finance Office to support official university websites for departments, centers, and administrative units. WebSpace Platform Hosting, Application & Database Administration provides a secure, standardized environment for publishing and maintaining non‑research, non‑regulated web content, including departmental pages and informational sites.
The Finance Office owns the WebSpace service and content standards, while Information Strategy and Services (ISS) provide application administration and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) database administration support to ensure platform stability, availability, and operational continuity. This shared model enables Finance‑managed web services to operate on a reliable, enterprise supported infrastructure without requiring departments to manage servers, applications, or databases directly.

WebSpace is intended for CU Anschutz affiliated units that need a campus managed platform for hosting official websites and informational content. It is not designed for research applications, transactional systems, or the storage or processing of Confidential or Highly Confidential data
