- Click on the Wi-Fi Connectivity button on the right to request help with wireless network access. By completing this request, you can receive support for connecting to campus Wi-Fi, troubleshooting wireless issues, or addressing Wi-Fi connectivity concerns in your location.
- Click on the Wired Network button on the right to request support for wired network connections. By completing this request, you can receive support for the following:
- Install a new network jack or activate an existing network jack to provide a secure wired connection
- Request a static IP address for devices or applications that require a fixed network address
