Troubleshoot Your Login Issue

Overview

To sign in to university systems, you must have all three of the following:

  • A valid username
  • A valid password
  • Duo Multi-Factor Authentication

The vast majority of sign in issues can be traced to one of these three items. For this reason, troubleshooting sign in issues involves isolating the problem to one of these areas.

If at any point during the sign in process you are not receiving a Duo Push or encounter any issues with Duo authentication, call the Service Desk at 303-724-4357 for immediate assistance. If you can sign in successfully:
Return to the system where you originally had trouble and attempt to log in again.

If you cannot sign in:

Step 2. Reset your university password

If the email login test fails, your password is likely incorrect or expired.
