Description:
Duo is the university’s tool for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which enhances security by requiring users to verify their identity before accessing university information. Using MFA makes it more difficult for a cybercriminal to access the university’s systems in the event your credentials or information is compromised. Duo is mandatory for accessing systems such as student and employee portals, Human Capital Management (HCM), and other systems that contain protected information.

How to proceed:
- Click on the Duo Registration button on the right to open our Duo registration portal. You will be asked to log in with your university credentials and go through a simple registration process. If you are unable to log in, please visit Service - Password and Login Help to troubleshoot.
- Before you submit a ticket for Duo Support, please review our MFA with Duo Installation, Registration and FAQ How-To Guide for answers to common questions and step‑by‑step instructions that resolve issues for most users. If you are still having trouble, you may be instructed to contact the Service Desk during normal business hours to verify your identity and receive further assistance.
